Before their assigned appointment time, candidates will complete pre-assessment paperwork. On the day of the appointment, candidates will be interviewed and tested using a comprehensive battery of tests.

Good business leaders know that effective internal communication is important to running a sound business. Leaders need to know what is on the minds of the employees, yet employees often lack a mechanism to provide that feedback directly to company leadership.

Employee Opinion Surveys are the perfect remedy. CPG offers clients an informative tool to help them understand what employees value and dislike about the organization - an employee opinion survey. This rich data helps managers recruit future employees to the company (by learning what people value most about working there), and determine how they can make the organization even more attractive in the future (by understanding and resolving some of the frustrations that employees have).

CPG offers clients a 360-degree feedback process, which provides managers with invaluable insight into their strengths/weaknesses, through the eyes of their coworkers.

How do we do this?

In a 360-degree feedback program, the manager gets evaluated from people above, below and lateral to him/her (hence the term 360-degrees). In other words, managers are evaluated by his/her boss, peers and subordinates to learn how they are perceived and determine their strengths/weaknesses.

We custom develop each of our 360-degree feedback instruments tailoring them to the company culture and the skills that need to be measured for each particular organization. Once the instrument is developed, we help administer the survey, assuring participants of their confidentiality/anonymity, and process the data. Afterwards, we sit down and review the report with the manager and help them determine their strengths/weaknesses. Then we help them develop an action plan so that they can begin to overcome their weaknesses and prepare themselves for future leadership positions.

Our career counseling service is available to anyone who would like an in-depth analysis of potential career paths tailored to their personality, interests and values. This can include young adults just out of high school headed to college, an associate that is dissatisfied with their current career choice or anyone who is interested in taking the time to maximize their success within a career. CPG offers individuals an informative report that helps them identify the career path that makes the most sense for them based upon an extensive national database and the individual's own unique situation and personality.
